外文系2007年畢業的學姊，從華碩行銷部門出發，赴美攻讀西北大學MBA，於蘋果總部實習後加入微軟，並於中國、愛爾蘭與美國總部擔任行銷與策略合作職務共十二年的精彩職涯歷程。她將介紹科技產業中多樣的非技術職位，如行銷、公關、產品經理、人資、財務與法務等，也會分享外文系學生在職場上的優勢，包括批判思考、閱讀寫作能力、英語表達、邏輯分析與簡報技巧。此外，也會以Meta、Google、Amazon等公司的新鮮人職缺為例，談談企業如何看重成長型思維、團隊合作與多元觀點。最後，會給學弟妹們一些暖心建議：多方嘗試、勇於探索、相信自己，讓世界看見你的舞台。
Join DFLL alumna (Class of 2007) as she shares her inspiring journey from marketing at ASUS to earning an MBA at Northwestern, interning at Apple, and spending 12 years at Microsoft across China, Ireland, and the U.S. Through her experience in marketing and strategic partnerships, she will introduce the wide range of non-technical roles in the tech industry—such as marketing, PR, product management, HR, finance, and legal—and share how DFLL students’ strengths in critical thinking, reading and writing, English communication, analytical reasoning, and presentation skills can become valuable assets in the workplace. She will also reference entry-level roles at companies like Meta, Google, and Amazon to show how employers value a growth mindset, teamwork, and diverse perspectives. To close, she will offer heartfelt advice to current students: try new things, explore bravely, believe in yourself—and let the world see your stage. |
