115學年度第1學期「服務學習乙」免修申請即日起受理，至 2026年11月6日（星期五）中午12時止。

申請方式如下：

請參考下載電子版志願服務紀錄冊說明：

請申請同學自系統下載可證明累計服務時數達 12小時（含）以上 之紀錄，並將檔案存為 PDF 格式，依 「學號_姓名」 格式命名（例如：B01102001_王小明.pdf），於申請期限內寄送至 cyhsiao@ntu.edu.tw，以利資料彙整及資格審查。

Applications for exemption from Service Learning B for Semester 1 of Academic Year 115 are now open and will be accepted until 12:00 noon on November 6, 2026.

Application Procedure

Please refer to the following link for instructions on downloading the electronic version of your Volunteer Service Record Book:

Applicants should download documentation demonstrating a minimum of 12 hours of volunteer service and save the file in PDF format.

The PDF file should be named using the format “Student ID_Full Name” (e.g., B01102001_Wang Xiaoming.pdf) and submitted by email to cyhsiao@ntu.edu.tw before the application deadline. Proper file naming will facilitate document processing and eligibility review.
