申請資格：本院國際學生。入學申請之審查成績優良或上學年成績優良，且家境清寒者優先。但已取得教育部、外交部、本校國際事務處獎學金（含助學金）者，不得申請。
申請方式：請於115年10月15日前，繳交申請文件至文學院第二辦公室（245室），並將電子檔寄至dtchiou@ntu.edu.tw

Eligibility:
International students enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts. Priority will be given to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance in the admission review or in the previous academic year and who are in financial need. Students who have already received scholarships or financial aid from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or NTU Office of International Affairs are not eligible to apply.
Application Deadline and Submission:
Please submit the required application documents to the Second Office of the College of Liberal Arts (Room 245) by October 15, 2026. Please also email the electronic files to dtchiou@ntu.edu.tw.
