備註：114年度下學期完成口訓一的同學會直接由系辦帶入口訓二分班名單，因此不須於上述報名系統報名。此報名系統是給重補修、雙修、輔系語言組、轉系、轉學、教程英語科使用。

口訓二分班表會統一於八月初公告。口訓二原則上不予換班，可填寫換班需求登記表，系辦將盡力協助相同程度的同學媒合互換，但不保證一定成功。如媒合未果，請務必先依原分班結果修課。

If you need to make up or retake Oral Training (II) in the new academic year, please submit your application by July 28th using the following form. Thank you.

Please Note: Students who completed Oral Training (I) in the Spring 2025 semester (AY114) will be directly added to the Oral Training (II) placement roster by the department office, so they don’t need to register via the system mentioned above. This registration system is for students who are retaking/making up the course, double majoring, minoring in linguistics, transferring departments, transferring universities, or pursuing the English Teaching Program.

The Oral Training (II) placement roster will be announced centrally in early-August. As a rule, section changes for Oral Training (II) will not be permitted. If a change is necessary due to scheduling conflicts, please fill out Mutual Section Exchange Request. The department office will assist in matching students of the same proficiency level on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand that a successful swap is not guaranteed. If no match is found, please proceed with your original placement
