Please select one of the following rental methods:
(1) Class Group Rental
- The class representative should submit the “NTU Graduation Attire Group Rental Application Form” and complete the attached “Group Rental Application Sheet” (available on the Property Management Division website under Files Download > NTU Graduation Attire Rental Application Form).
- Submission Period: March 2–13, 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
- Submission Locations:
- NTU Main Campus: Property Management Division, 1F, Jan Shu Hall Building
- Pickup Period: March 16–27, 2026 (excluding national holidays), 13:30–16:30 daily
- Please visit the designated location to confirm the quantity, pay the cleaning and maintenance fee, and collect the attire with your payment receipt.
- To reduce waiting times, please make a phone appointment before picking up the attire.
(2) Individual Rental
- Rental Period: May 25–29, 2026, 08:40–12:00 and 13:30–16:30 daily
- Please visit the rental location to pay the cleaning and maintenance fee, then present your payment receipt, the on-site application form, and your student ID. After verification, the attire will be issued.
2. Rental Locations
NTU Main Campus: Storehouse of the Property Management Division (next to the “Green Cabin”)
3. Fees
(1) Cleaning and Maintenance Fee
- Bachelor’s attire: NT$100 per set (Cap NT$20, Stole NT$30, Gown NT$50)
- Master’s attire: NT$150 per set (Cap NT$20, Stole NT$50, Gown NT$80)
- Doctoral attire: NT$200 per set (Cap NT$20, Stole NT$60, Gown NT$120)
(2) Deposit
Graduating students who have completed the leaving procedures must pay a deposit:
- Bachelor’s attire: NT$850
- Master’s attire: NT$1,300
- Doctoral attire: NT$2,200
(3) Compensation for Lost Items
- Bachelor’s attire: NT$850 per set (Cap NT$250, Stole NT$300, Gown NT$300)
- Master’s attire: NT$1,300 per set (Cap NT$250, Stole NT$500, Gown NT$550)
- Doctoral attire: NT$2,200 per set (Cap NT$250, Stole NT$550, Gown NT$1,400)
4. Return Deadline
- Deadline: July 31, 2026, 09:00–12:00 and 13:30–16:30 (excluding national holidays)
For attire borrowed at NTU Main Campus:
- Before July 24, 2026, and after August 4, 2026: Return items to the Property Management Division Office, Jan Shu Hall Building
- July 27–August 3, 2026: Return items to the Property Management Division Warehouse
5. Late Returns
- Starting August 1, 2026, a late fee of NT$50 per day will be charged (partial days counted as a full day; national holidays excluded)
- The total late fee will not exceed the compensation value of the attire
- Please return the attire and pay any late fees or compensation before completing your departure procedures
