Ex-position 54期(202512月號)出刊 / Publication of Ex-position, Issue 54 (December 2025)

We are pleased to announce the publication of Issue 54 (December 2025) of Ex-position. The Featured Topic, “Community Dynamics: Urban Spaces, Rural Places, and the In-Between,” offers sustained analyses of Sumerian poetry, Hadith criticism, and sixteenth-century views of the Venetian mainland territories.

The Perspectives section includes four articles that address a wide range of topics, including global Classics, the relationship of the foreign in medieval England, urban film culture in colonial Taiwan, and a spatial analysis of the National Center of Photography and Images in Taipei.

In addition, the General Topics section features two essays: one on passing, cross-dressing, and transgression in nineteenth-century American literature, and another on contemporary Arab American poets.

Collectively, the contributions in this issue reflect the journal’s ongoing commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship and comparative inquiry. We invite our readers to explore these nine thought-provoking essays. We also extend our sincere thanks to our contributors and welcome feedback from our readership.

All the articles are available in full text on the journal’s website.
