本所研究生可透過以下管道申請出席國際會議補助：

The following are the subsidies for attending international conferences abroad.

Please note that funding is restricted to registered graduate students. 

1. 科技部經費 NSTC Funding：最遲須於開會日期前一個月首日上傳申請文件並確認送出，逾期不受理。
   申請流程請洽詢研教組或參考研教組網站。
   國科會補助國內研究生出席國際學術會議作業要點
   The last submission date of the application institution is the first day of the month before the first day of the conference. Whenever the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, national holiday, or any other statutory holiday, the deadline will become the next working day. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. Due to NTU’s working hours, please send the application online before17:00, one day before the above deadline.

2. 文學院經費 College of Liberal Arts Funding：本獎學金每年分為兩次申請，四月公告適用於一月至六月國際學術與教育活動，十月公告適用於七月至十二月活動，確切申請與截止日期將另行公告。Open to application twice a year, around April and October each year. Please see the College’s website for more information.

3. 傑出人才發展基金會：補助優秀學生出國開會，補助辦法與申請辦法。

4. 外文系「1969校友永續基金」及「惜福系務發展永續基金」補助 DFLL 1969 Alumni Endowment and Xifu Departmental Development Endowment：限補助本國籍航空公司經濟艙機票費及活動期間之住宿費。Subsidy for economy class airfare ticket fees of domestic airlines and accommodation.
   每人每學年以申請一次為限，實際補助名額及額度將視當年度經費而定，非申請皆可獲得補助，敬請優先申請國科會與文學院等相關單位補助。
   Each student can submit only one application per academic year. The actual number of subsidies and the amount granted will depend on the funding available for the year. Not all applicants will receive subsidies, so it is strongly recommended to prioritize applying for subsidies from the NSTC, the College of Liberal Arts, or other relevant units.
