Seniors (4th year or above) or postgraduate students of National Taiwan University; MA students are preferred.

Preferably native speakers of English (or with proof of near-native competence in TOEFL/IELTS/GEPT), or previously employed as a Freshman English TA with satisfactory performances.
‧
Chinese proficiency (if not native speaker): TOCFL Band B and above (i.e. able to communicate with students in Chinese via e-mail or conversations)

Duties include:
‧
assisting the instructor with classroom teaching and discussions
(Tuesday 1530-1820; 普 504; TA will need to attend all the class meetings)

maintaining the Freshmen English NTU COOL website
‧
marking assignments and exams (except compositions and essay questions)
‧
